I’ve always wondered about the fact that nicotine is a drug and smokers are generally addicted to nicotine. Where does the Americans With Disabilities Act come into this? It doesn’t cover “illegal” drugs but obviously nicotine is legal. Are people with addictions being discriminated against?

By the way, I have never smoked and I hate cigarette smoke, but I agree with Walter.

Caffeine is also addictive. Try banning that and us addicts will get truly violent.
