He’s a rotter who is right where he belongs (I do not acknowledge Manning’s claim to the female gender, as I consider him to lack all credibility). It’s worth noting that as a person under DoD custody, decisions on his access to communications are made by that department, while Barret Brown’s are handled via the Justice Departments Bureau of Prisons. In this case, I think DoD should follow the example of DoJ and not allow Manning access to Twitter. He’ll only use it to the detriment of the United States.
