It also discusses how the LMRP will work, assuming the mud kill fails, and briefly addresses the next fall back, hot sticking another BOP on the existing BOP stack ala Red Adair.

I give the Top Kill with mud a 50/50 chance of working. Within the 50% failure is the chance of a larger blow out, from the present 5,000 barrels a day, to between 15,000 and 130,000 bpd, depending on the reservoir quality which is unknown.
