Killgore isn’t saying anything except that he supports torture. We aren’t ignoring it, we’re pointing out the blatant flaws in his logic. A post hoc fallacy is a fallacy in any argument, especially in this case where the following event occurs months later and in direct response to a different kind of action/approach.
