You know, the “rapidly becoming” BS has now been going on since 2009. When exactly do we start seeing soldiers goose-stepping down Penn Ave, conservatives being marked with yellow elephants, people being imprisoned or executed for speaking against the government, or books being burned?

By this point in his reign, Hitler had already wiped out all opposition, effectively stripped the courts and legislature of the ability to override his rule, begun the quiet extermination of “undesirables,” and turned Germany into a police state.
