Update: Heard from John a little while ago. Not good. Was not able to get the hard drive going, so he decided to bring it home and after he gets some sleep, heāll try to replace it and recover the data. Looks liker weāre going to be down tomorrow, too. Sorry. Prayers that he gets it all going again tomorrow.
I donāt understand why if itās their equipment, but they donāt get any tech support, they have their stuff in San Jose?
I guess when youāre a big time operation like FR that sort of stuff makes sense.
