The Windsors are a famously long lived bunch, so if the Board can’t void the contract in court, these covenants are likely to remain in effect into the middle of the 22nd Century.
What I’ve been reading this morning suggests that Disney’s actual clause with the District is “in perpetuity,” and the bit about King Charles’s descendants is merely a fallback in case “in perpetuity” is ruled invalid under contract law at some point in the future.
