I would ask Rep. King what, exactly, in the President’s immigration policy constitutes a “high crime or misdemeanor” that is the threshold for impeachment. And if he so much as THINKS the word “treason” I will open an epic can of whup-ass on the lot of them.

As we saw with Bill Clinton, Republicans are perfectly capable of coming up with a legal justification for impeachment, even if they have to invent it.

The “lying to a grand jury” over a freaking blowjob justification for impeaching Clinton was the flimsiest of flimsy excuses, but it was all they needed.
