Not getting a clear idea of how immediate the cell-phone video is. How long after the shooting was it, and the witnesses’ statements, made? Minutes, hours?

“An exclusive cell phone video captures their reactions during the moments just after the shooting.

“He had his f**n hands up,” one of the men says in the video.

The man told CNN he heard one gunshot, then another shot about 30 seconds later.”

Was the video shot moments after, or is it just describing their immediate reactions?

There was another shooting a few days after this one that was caught on video where the police backup showed up about 1-2 minutes after the shooting to tape off the scene. I estimate it would take no more than 3-4 minutes for someone to show up and start taping off the crime scene here, and I think the police dispatch logs back that up.
