Ever since Tooty Frooty Newty and Ass Hole Dole forced us to work from Thanksgiving 1995 thru the first week of January 1996 without a paycheck I’ve kept a Rainy Day Fund in the credit union.

I fully expect Boris Manchin and Natasha Sinema to side with the Republicans to shut the Government down and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them join the GOP in forcing the default to cripple Joe. From what I’m hearing from congressional aides I know this time the GOP will not budge no matter what and they are in this position thanks to Boris and Natasha.

Manchin and Sinema are helping Mitch get what he wants, which is reconciliation taken off the table for the remainder of the fiscal year (i.e. from now to next October) so that all talk of the reconciliation bill will be scuppered and they can move on to more “bipartisan” bills.
