This guy would probably look you dead in the eye and say ‘yes’.

Fischer is a buffoon. The man couldn’t think his way out of a wet paper bag, and he’s mean-spirited to boot.

The problem is that he gets taken seriously by an alarming number of people with access to political power, which makes him more dangerous than your average dumb-ass.
