Resistance to contraception will never be removed by making the “it prevents abortions” argument, because they don’t care. It allows casual sex between unmarried partners to have 97% (or higher) less risk of pregnancy or spread of disease involved. They don’t want non-married people having sex. Period. Stop. You can argue this with them until you are blue in the face but it wont change their minds.

This is why you didn’t hear much about this in politics until the unhinged kooks took over the GOP, because only the unhinged kooks want that badly to turn the country into Holy American WASP Empire.
