Seriously though, having gone from NYC where they fluoridate water to NJ, where many localities don’t, all I know is that dentists know where you live based on how many cavities you have. It’s asinine not to be able to fluoridate water to improve dental health - which has long term health benefits (and can reduce health care costs).
