re: #120 Whack-A-Mole

Despite having grown up watching Dr. Who and Blake’s 7, I have to say that, without a shred of doubt, my favorite Brit show was Life on Mars (sadly, the series has ended). The US remake was passable (minus the horrible finale), but the original UK version and it’s follow-up series was amazing.

For those unfamiliar with it, it’s about a police detective who is injured in a car accident in the present day, but wakes up in the 70’s. He has no idea how he got there, if he actually traveled in time, if he’s gone crazy, or if he’s laying in a coma dreaming it all. The supporting cast is A+, especially Phillip Glenister as DCI Hunt.

Really an excellent show if you can find it somewhere.

I’m a huge fan of Red Dwarf.
