True. I just didn’t realize that handicap people were among those that her readership despised.

To them being disabled is like being poor. Those whack jobs regard it as a choice. If a person just showed a little ambition and a lot of strength they’d be fine.

My immediate reaction to these people is the image of me using a tire iron on their major joints and then shouting, “Welcome to the world of the disabled, asshole!”

Then I push that thought aside while telling myself, “I’m better than that.” I fear one of the days I won’t care if I am.
