Yeah, but if he’s lost the election, then a blanket pardon like that would basically be him flipping the entire country the bird on the way out the door. Before he beat feet to Florida in the hopes of avoiding extradition to New York.

I wonder if the DOJ could/would argue that you can’t pardon someone for something they haven’t been convicted of?
