Does anyone know if TN requires two license plates? If not, that would indicate an out-of-state vehicle.

They must have gotten shots of that RV on other traffic cams in the city.

Earlier reports said the RV didn’t have any plates on it: one of the things that got them suspicious about it.
Another thing may have been the recorded “bomb” warning blaring out…
