Oh, and if you don’t act like those retards staging turkey fryer explosions on YouTube, it’s really quite easy to lower a bird into 4.5 gallons of 375 degree oil…though there is a little bit of splatter to watch out for. I just wore a heavy leather glove and was able to stand next to the pot and lower the bird in.
