Well actually we have geological data that goes back billions of years. However, if you actually read the science you would not need the whole Earth to look at for it’s whole history. If you understand that CO2 is a GHG and there is a lot more of it, the warming follows. Why do you not get that? What is so hard to understand?

Hmmm, I’m a geologist. I tend to look at earth processes in time periods slightly longer than 50 or 100 years.
