More Competition + Less Regulation = Higher Prices

And it’s official. 1WTC is the tallest building in the Americas.


The Height Committee of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat announced that 1WTC supplants the Willis Tower (fka Sears Tower) as tallest in the US. 1,776 ft is the new standard in the US.

Oh, and that’s still about 1,000 feet shorter than the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai (2,717 feet).
