Daily Beast is claiming one of the shooters is identified as Elton Simpson, both shooters were from Pheonix, and Elton apparently has been arrested and tried for terrorism before. FBI apparently weighed in.

To be quite honest, it very much bothers me that the only witness accounts are police officers. That’s the reality I exist in today. The cop who was shot (in the ankle) was unarmed, and he was a guard. So what was with SWAT guys with plate carriers and long guns?
