I look at this way, you pay a decent wage, you get more productive workers. And more productive workers I think is better for business. This idea that paying employees poor wages is the way to profitability is madness.

expenses are to be minimized, and employees are just like staples, toner or copier paper…overhead to be cut wherever possible
