Grind grind grind… the wheels of government will slowly clog up from the gunk and the neglect.

It takes a while to undo something as large as our government. For most of government, the daily routines are not changed by political factors (this btw is intentional, designed into the system.)

So it takes time to slowly let entire bureaucracies die.

What Trump/Bannon can’t do by direct order they are doing by stashing the heads of departments with people who will make sure the functions of government fail.
