Sorry, incorrect. A man fleeing police with a gun in hand after a robbery or shooting can be shot. Public safety imperative etc.

Brown was unarmed. He wasn’t an imminent threat to anybody just running away. Whatever public safety angle Wison might have claimed flew out the window when he shot while running after him and missed, sending bullets into nearby homes.

There’s literally zero justification for the officer’s actions here.
