Creditors are first on the list of those to be paid, not last.

This isn’t some penny-ante personal or corporate bankruptcy, this is the federal debt ceiling we’re talking about. Something that, not awfully long ago, the GOP had no qualms about raising many, many, many times before…that is, until Barack Obama was elected President and the GOP got religion (or something).

In your mind, however, who should be the secured “creditors” and who gets fucked?
