The MPAK chick starts off by rightly pointing out that Geert isn’t a free speech advocate, he’s proposing book banning. She then continues to point out that Mien Kampf is hate speech and rightfully illegal. This is the same reasoning Geert uses to justify the banning of the Quran. The only difference between the two sides in this debate is that they each want to utilize hate speech laws to advance their own agenda and silence their opponents. This pretty clearly demonstrates why banning something as universally repulsive as Mien Kampf only leads to Goodwin’s Law as the litmus test for free speech.
