He seems like somebody who knows his job. That doesn’t necessarily mean he’d be good at civil governance… unless things deteriorate to the point where a counterinsurgency expert would make for the best President by then. Which seems possible.

Hmmm, you make a good point. Perhaps a leader that considered the wants of the locals would be refreshing ;)
