I’m not addressing the methane out of the ground. I’m addressing how to clean up available fuel gases, and in those cases where combustion is the best application-phase into H. To coin a phrase-“Early cycle carbon capture” as a way to reduce COx releases.

Oh and A little self interest-One of our biggest energy costs at the shop is tanked H. Many cylinders each week.

I am not certain of this, but I would think that most of the hydrogen you get in the tank is stripped off of things like methane.
