You mean like the Surgeon General. I’m reading now and it looks like there are some people calling for something like an “obesity czar.” I suppose that would be covered by a “health czar.”

I think we need a “czar czar” to get rid of the czars.

That should be in the top 5 policy positions of whoever runs against Obama in 2012. Clean out the czars.
