Are you in favor of arresting/detaining people who “don’t seem quite right in the head” to “get them off the streets”?

What did you want the Sheriff to do exactly?

Break any laws prior to the shooting.

And I’m also aware he actually did break some laws prior to the shooting actually, but that those trials failed to land him in jail is obviously not the Sheriff’s fault…
