If Lisa Rubin is right, then what we’re going to get is a ruling that basically gives Trump a mulligan, saying that deliberate interference in the counting and certification of election results falls under a very liberal interpretation of the Executive Branch’s duty to oversee elections, BUT it’s a one-time deal and if he tries it again then they’ll definitely whack his hand for it.

And then when he steals his way back in and implements all of Agenda 2025 The Five Assholes will grant him pass after pass to do whatever he pleases.
