Is a woman past menopause allowed to comment on abortion?
Is a woman who has had a hysterectomy allowed to comment on abortion?

I’ve never understood the rules. Is Bruce Jenner now allowed to comment on abortion even though he still lacks a uterus? Thanks in advance.
