Morning, errybody…

We went to Bruges yesterday. Beautiful town. We met an expat from Connecticut in a pub called The Monk who often hung out in the East Village, it turns out we knew a bunch of the same people.

After talking to him for about a half hour, he practically had us talked into moving here.

We’re staying local today, going to the Museum of Musical Instruments. And tomorrow - Amsterdam! w00t!

(Funny story - we stopped at a currency exchange when we got to Bruges, and my wife asked what the exchange rate was. The clerk said the rate wasn’t great across Europe and added ‘I don’t think it’s all due to Trump…’

To which my wife replied ‘No, it is all due to Trump.’ And we all laughed and laughed, then took our money.)
