I haven’t driven a buckboard since I was a teenager.

You still see them occasionally around here, but not often.

I haven’t had to get the operator to place a telephone call for me since I left home for the Navy.

I haven’t used a payphone in well over 20 years (oddly enough, there’s still a couple of functioning ones not far from where I live, but I don’t recall ever seeing anyone use them). Pretty much everyone, even small children, has a mobile phone.
