I know they’re being deliberately obtuse in order to downplay the seriousness of what’s going on, but… THAT’S what they’re going with? “Oh, the only unredacted thing on this carpet is the Time magazine cover, so we’re going to pretend that’s the most relevant part?” Bruh. ANYONE with a Top Secret security clearance is looking at this photograph and screaming, “LOCK HIM UP!!!” The question, at this point, is not if, but when, he gets arrested and charged. (Conviction is still an “if”, because it seems to be exceptionally difficult to get a jury free from his fanatical cult followers.)

Very confident that they will latch on to the photo as “proof” this entirely overblown.
