Hacking is a crime. Paying off the victims of your hacking so they don’t press charges doesn’t erase the criminality, it just attempts to cover it up. Bribing police officers is also a crime.

Yea but is Murdoch’s son directly involve. Paying victims off shows that he has some kind of knowledge about what was going on. I mean not every one employed by NewsCorp is guilty of a crime I am just trying to figure out who is at risk and who isn’t.
