It is big in one sense: A cabinet official is resigning. That will be news in part because it is probably going to be painful filling that spot right now, especially since some Republicans will believe that it will be another way to cripple Obamacare.

Historically, it’s not really that big of a deal. But, if we actually listened to history in this country, we wouldn’t be having nearly the problems that we do.
