Since Christianity is far-and-away the majority religion in the USA, what’s to stop all Christians in the Post Office (or anywhere) to simply claim their employer is encroaching on their free exercise of religious faith, and all demand to have Sunday off?

How do you run a hospital, fire department, or a police department on Chik-fil-A’s schedule (closed Sundays)?
