An Obama Economic Advisor was on FNC this morning, the red haired, rather portly woman. She was encouraging institutions not taking TARP money to cooperate with the government.
Later Charlie Rangle comes on & says he would not rule out 90% tax on bonuses even for institutions not taking bail out money!
