I have a friend who actually can quit. For whatever reason, the cigarettes aren’t addictive for her. She smoked when she danced, and then when she got out of that community she just stopped. Period. No withdrawal, no nothing.

That’s what it was like for me. Kind of like a switch flipping off. I can’t explain it.
