Er, sounds like you already have a PayPal account, or more than one? You could try the Help feature on their site - I’ve never seen that error message.

I don’t know either. I went through their account search functions E-Mail address, physical address and CC number and they all came up blank so I opened an account and entered CC info just fine, it just didn’t want to take the routing number. My bank may be one that has refused to handle Pay Pal transactions because of previous problems Pay Pal has had. Will have to check with them. Either way it looks like the CC transaction was hanled though. Did it come across at your end?
