Do you care to expand on that? I don’t think I am familiar with Williamsburg in that context and I am presuming you are not referring to the town in VA.

Williamsburg, Brooklyn. 20 years ago, it was a rough working-class neighborhood across the East River from the Lower East Side of Manhattan. 10 years ago, it was fully changed over to an artsy, bohemian enclave. Today it’s yuppies in brand-new 30 story condos.

So Fishtown has gone through the first transition that Williamsburg did.
