At the top of the page, in the lower right hand corner of his banner picture, there’s a thingie that says Message, a gear and a downward pointing arrow. The arrow is the block/report button.

I went all the way through the Report feature but it’s only the PHOTO (which is harmless) that can be reported not the actual threat to POTUS.
