I never thought that working summer hotel at college, and cleaning both men’s and women’s restrooms would qualify me to be an expert in the design of same.

These guys apparently think the ladies’ room has urinals.

Some do have couches, though. I thought that was rather unfair.

At least some men’s rooms have started putting changing tables in them. I was a single parent (my son was past diapers by then though), but with my grand kids it is a big help if out and they are in need of a change to have the tables in the men’s room also.
