The 2018 GSA payroll calendar shows that paychecks were supposed to be issued on December 28.

The 2019 payroll calendar shows the next pay day is tomorrow. Fear of people missing that paycheck is quite real, since there’s no sign the GOP or Trump are going to end this shutdown anytime soon. Tomorrow would be the second paycheck that is held up due to the shutdown.
