Yeah, Camp Wolters—I was the draftee who got the MOS he requested at the reception station. Fortuna was just fucking with me.

Still makes me ponder that I should have enlisted for photography in ‘82 for a 4 year term. Could have gotten a nice Nikon F3 with a 50/1.4 with that enlistment bonus & still gotten assigned to Germany…
