Funny, but $500,000 for a traffic signal installation, and $1.50/lb for pre-sliced, cooked ham seem like pretty fair uses for our money. Especially the deal on the ham. Wish I could get it that cheap.

They are regular budget items. They’re not stimulus and don’t belong in any “package.”

Subsailor hit on it earlier - it’s a shell game to move normal budgetary items onto different books and then produce a budget full of “savings.”
