There a problem with the right to “face your accuser” with the veil?

There is a case pending in Dearborn where a judge demanded that a Muslim woman remove her veil while testifying. I believe it’s a civil case, but I’m not certain. Last I heard, the woman involved was griping about it, and it was working it’s way through the appeals process, with the initial hearings favoring the judge.
