That’s what I was giving out at the shop. I keep them in a jar with a label that says ‘Bicycle Fuel. Not recommended for sedentary lifestyles’. I don’t eat them myself. They aren’t chocolate.

I keep a jar of M&Ms on my desk at work. Labeled “Memory Pills” in Portuguese. Mix of peanut, peanut butter, and pretzel flavor - with some of the new dark chocolate peanut ones as well. Separate container has cocoanut M&Ms since they don’t play well with the other ones.
