As I’ve told some wingnuts who keep pointing to her as if she’s a convenient bludgeon with which to use against the White House, Feinstein is pretty territorial when it comes to matters of intel. If she’s not personally kept in the loop, expect her to get her nose out of joint about it.

Harry Reid has had problems remembering when he was informed of the exchange. Most here are focused on the wingnut reaction which I think is predictable and unavoidable. But I think better talking points from the White House could have helped Dems to respond more effectively.
